what to expect
We can understand why you might be nervous – raging out on an object is a socially unacceptable thing to do.. except at Rage Cage. Here we have no problem with you loosing your cool at an old piece of whiteware. In fact, we encourage you to. This is a no judgement zone. What happens in the Rage Cage, stays in the Rage Cage.
how to dress
We will make your experience as safe as possible by supplying you with coveralls to wear, eye and ear protection as well as gloves for in the Rage Rooms. Please ensure you are wearing closed toe shoes, clothing you feel like you can move comfortably in and have long hair tied up. We suggest you dont wear watches and arm jewelry for the safety of both you and your jewelry. We have onsite lockers for you to store your hoodies and other possessions while you rage out.
Children aged under 18 need a parent present to sign the waiver and supervise.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Book your visit online here! Please turn up 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to sign the waivers, get geared up and choose your weapon. There is carparking onsite as well as on street carparking.
After checking in, You will watch a safety video and gear up safety gear to put on before heading into a rage room. then the timer begins!
After 15 minutes in a Rage Room, the fun then continues at the Shattersphere -our glass throwing alley. crates of glass are $5 each. Pay on arrival or add it at booking! after throwing glass at the wall Our staff will collect all the safety gear and take any photos you want before the end of your visit.
If you plan on visiting with partcipants younger than 18, please download the waiver and bring it in presigned by a parent or guardian.

No, but you can bring your own items to smash!

No but we do require parents to sign the waiver for all under 18s. Children aged under 14 require adult supervision when in the rage rooms.

You need to be wearing closed toe shoes, clothing comfortable to move in and have any long hair tied up. Bring your confirmation email and all the rage you can muster!

Yes we have carparking onsite at our entrance on Braddon Street.

No - but we do require parents to sign the waiver and be present for all children aged under 14. For children aged 14-18, parents must sign the waiver. If it is a group booking for party booking, at least 1 parent from a group must be present and responsible for the group. All parents must sign the waiver which can be emailed to the person making the booking, printed out and signed before being brought in at the time of the booked session.

Like all activities of a demolition nature, it is under taken at your own risk however we have managed and mitigated as much risk as we can. We provide safety gear so that your time in the rage rooms is as safe as we can make it.

We understand sometimes life happens and gets in the way of a smashing good time so if you cancel more than 24 hours out, we provide a refund. Less than 24 hours out, we will provide you with an opportunity to rebook.

You get 15 minutes in a Rage Room. If you book a Crate of Smashables, you have time in the Shattersphere after your time in the Rage rooms.

We have wheelchair access via a ramp into our building as well as wheelchair access to our throwing alleys and rage rooms. Our doorways are a standard size so not all chairs will fit however.

Yes! We take washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, small appliances, any crockery and glassware, tvs, laptops, printers and anything else you think will smash well. If you are not sure about an item, message us and we can confirm if it on our accepted list. We will pick up large items if you send us your address. Pickup day is Thursday every fortnight - you put the items out on the road or on your driveway and like magic, they will vanish to a new life as a smashable! Fill out the form HERE to be included!

Yes, we have first aid trained staff onsite to deal with any injury.

YES! We have a dedicated sustainablity expert on staff who oversees our waste streams. We partner with several organizations who help us break our waste into key streams of glass, metal, e-waste, plastics, hardfill. Any recyclable material is recycled through our partnerships with other like minded businesses.

We have sledge hammers, baseball bats and other weapons for you to choose from in our arsenal. Got an idea for a new weapon? Let us know on our socials!

We take bookings for birthdays, stag dos, corporate functions, divorce parties... the list is endless of the type of function or party we can host! You can bring in your own food and drink as long as no alcohol is consumed before your sessions in the rage rooms. Head to the Booking page to book your group event!
Minimum of 10 people or $350 for an hour where we cycle your people through a rage room in groups of 3-4 followed by glass throwing - a crate of smashables between 2 people is included in the booking.

Yes! There is no age limit. Under 18s require parental/guardians consent and supervision. If your child wants a go and you don't, you are required to gear up and supervise for no cost. If you wish to join in, you are required to pay. Under 13s may require supervision in the room. For small children, please dress them in clothing that covers the arms and legs in case our coveralls don't fit.
